Simple Sedge

Hook: 10 - 6 Nymph
Thread: 8/0 Black
Body: Brown Chenille
Wing: Blue/Gray pheasant rump
Legs: Blue/Gray pheasant rump

Tying Instructions:

  • Tie in brown chenille at bend of hook, and wrap forward to just before eye.
  • Tie in a clump of blue pheasant rump over top for wing. Wing should extend to the end of the body.
  • Tie in a clump of blue pheasant rump underneath for legs. Legs should extend to end of body.
  • Whip finish, and head cement.
