STS Guiding Service offers visiting anglers the opportunity to fish several hard to reach rivers located only a short distance from Vancouver. These rivers are accessed by Jet Boat only with limited angling pressure. We offer guided fly fishing adventures on the Upper Pitt, Lillooet River and several other remote rivers. We can offer you excellent accommodation options including remote lodging.

Large Bull Trout to 10 lbs can be caught during summer months.

These rivers offers good year round fly fishing for resident Bull Trout, June/July offers excellent fly fishing for Sea-run Bulls from 4 to 12 lbs, Aug/September offers fly fishing for Sockeye Salmon, Rainbows and Cutthroat Trout. October is one of the best months for targeting Coho Salmon on the fly. These fish are considered some of the most challenging yet rewarding fish you will ever chase on the fly. Average size is 6 to 10lbs with good numbers of fish between 10 to 15 lbs.

Some remote river are only accessable by raft.

If your staying in the Harrison area and would like to try some remote fly fishing, the Lillooet River is a good choice. The journey is half the fun but you won't be disappointed once you arrive. Good numbers of Cutthroat and Bull Trout in the 12 to 20 inch range with the chances of hooking into large fish to 24 inches. Winter Steelhead fishing at it's best.

Steelhead fishing is one of the most challenging angling you will ever do. We fish several local and remote rivers for Steelhead using fly and conventional methods. Best times to target Steelhead is from February to May with mid March to end of April being best. Not only do we offer local and remote Steelheading, we also offer instructional guide trips on all local waters.

We had an awesome time today on the Upper Pitt. The views were incredible - I have never seen water that color. I got some great pictures of all the scenery. Matt was a wonderful fishing guide.
