Stillwater Flyfishing for Trophy Rainbows
How would like to spend the day on your own private lake fly fishing for trophy sized wild Kamloops rainbow trout. Sounds like a dream come true? well it is. Our trophy lake is located on a private ranch just 2 hours north of our home base in Mission. This lake is an exclusive 50 acres where fly fishers can target trophy rainbows up to 12 lbs.
All fish are wild, fly fishing only with single barbless hook. All anglers much practice catch & release which allows for this high quality fishery to continue in the future. This Lake features incredible Mayfly & Sedge Hatches in spring and early summer and some great subsurface action in late summer early fall. You can bring your own equipment or use our 14 ft fly fishing prams and Pontoon boats on location. This lake offers a high quality experience with a maximum of 10 anglers per day.
Day Trips - Day trips depart from Mission early morning, after a scenic 2 hour drive your fishing dreams will come true. Our private lake offers 4 stillwater prams with electric motors or the use of our 9 ft Pontoon Boats. All fly fishing rods, reels and flys are provided as well as a barbeque shore lunch. Transportation to and from your accommodation is also provided (Mission area).

Rustic lodging at lake - If your looking for an overnight adventure, our 14 X 16 wall tents come in handy. Located right on our private lake, you can camp hunters style in these rustic yet comfortable accommodations. Great for small groups looking for the great outdoor experience.

Itinerary:
Day 1 - Depart Mission early morning for a 2.5 hour drive through some of British Columbia's most scenic country. Once we arrive at our lake, your guide will get you on the water as quickly as possible. Once your on the water fishing, camp will be set up just in time for you to come in for lunch. A barbeque lunch will be prepared on shore at camp so once your done, back out onto the water for the afternoon bite. After dinner you can fish the evening hatches or just relax by the fire, during summer hours you can fish until 10 pm.
Day 2 - Waking up in gods country is something you won't soon forget. Hot Coffee will be served while you prepare for the early morning rises. Camp is located only a few hundred feet from the waters edge so coming in for breakfast is easy when you can smell the bacon while casting to rising trout. Like day one, fishing is unlimited, there are also opportunities to explore close by lakes for bigger trout or just go for a walk in the woods. All meals are served at camp, anytime your hungry.
Day 3 - Our final morning offers anglers the opportunity to fish while camp is being broken down. This takes several hours so guests can fly fish those early morning rises while we prepare for our journey back to the city. Usually we are back on the road by 10-11am, back to Mission by 2 - 3pm.

Ranch Lodge - If your group is looking for a bit more luxery our private Lodge style home features fully furnished rooms, kitchen, bbq, hot tub, and sleeps 8-10 anglers. Located right on the ranch it is only a short drive to the lake for your days of fishing. All packages include guided fishing and all fly fishing equipment, great for corporate groups looking for a great getaway.
